3D modelling & printing

If the part you need is discontinued — or never existed at all — we model it and print it.

On site we keep running into the same thing: the bracket, enclosure or adapter we need simply isn't sold anywhere. That is why we run our own 3D capability — we no longer hunt for something that doesn't exist, we make it.

We start from a sketch, a photo, a drawing, or even a broken original: we measure, model and print. Where it matters, we iterate the prototype until it seats exactly the way it should.

The material follows the job — UV- and frost-resistant plastic for outdoor use, reinforced composite for load-bearing parts, flexible filament for moving or damping elements, and high-resolution resin for fine, precise detail.

We print single pieces as readily as short production runs — and not only for security systems. If you have an idea, we will make it physical.

What it includes

  • Modelling a part from a drawing, a photo or an existing sample
  • Custom mounts, enclosures and adapters for any device
  • Recreating parts that are discontinued or broken
  • Prototypes, test samples and short production runs
  • Presentation models, promotional items and corporate gifts
  • Material chosen for the conditions: weatherproof, reinforced, flexible or high-precision

Frequently asked questions

What do you need to start?
A sketch, a photo or even the broken original is enough — we take the measurements and build the model ourselves.
How long does it take?
A simple part is often ready in 1–2 days. Complex models or a series depend on the job; we confirm the deadline in advance.
Do you only print security parts?
No. We print anything: spare parts, enclosures, presentation models, promotional items and corporate gifts.
Are printed parts durable?
Yes, when the material is chosen correctly. For outdoor use we print in UV- and frost-resistant plastic, and for load-bearing parts in reinforced composite.
